I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this issue, but testing your course in SCORM Cloud was a great place to start! Since the issue persists in both SCORM Cloud and Litmos, I'd like to take a look at your file to investigate what's going on. You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
