LIVE captions in Storyline
There are three options for SL captions.
- Type them up in SL with the inbuilt tools
- Import a VTT etc file after the captions are done elsewhere
- LIVE realtime captions via a web service
For a number of reasons I want option 3! I am producing 150 lecture slides a week with video - no supplied script. My captions don't have to be perfect (and they are not - but will get better over time).
Google Chrome offers LIVE captioning https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDP8a5s8yaU for anything playing in it's browser. It does not load in Review but does work on LMS export.
So... perhaps of use to some of you.

The enhancement to support Google Live Caption was a part of our January release.
