LIVE captions in Storyline

There are three options for SL captions.

1. Type them up in SL with the inbuilt tools
2. Import a VTT etc file after the captions are done elsewhere
3. LIVE realtime captions via a web service

For a number of reasons I want option 3! I am producing 150 lecture slides a week with video - no supplied script. My captions don't have to be perfect (and they are not - but will get better over time).

Google Chrome offers LIVE captioning https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDP8a5s8yaU    for anything playing in it's browser. It does not load in Review but does work on LMS export.

So... perhaps of use to some of you.
