I followed all the steps as mentioned in your site for publishing scorm 1.2 . But still i am facing a problem . when i ever try to lunch class from my LMS(Oracle LMS) i am getting error as ...
For me, the error was appearing once it was in the LMS. Did you check that all your buttons are assigned a destination? That was the issue for me.
