LMS Commits and Timeouts

I am using Storyline 2 We are having issues with learners opening courses and then leaving them open for a long time and our LMS times out. The course is still open so the learners will come back ...

I hope all is well. Would it be possible to get some update on this functionality? Has it been added? Is it work in progress? Or Articulate team has no plans to add this?
