LMS (SABA) not marking Rise courses as complete
Hoping for some answers please!
We have developed 5 courses through Rise, exported as SCORM 1.2 and during testing, had no issues with any of the modules.
When we went live for roughly 150 users...
@Kaneisha Gunton, any luck on resolving this issue? I'd love to learn from your experience if possible because I'm having a problems in SABA as well. In my testing Passed/Incomplete didn't work, so I changed it to Complete/Incomplete. However, now it's ALWAYS marking as complete even when 100% of the course isn't viewed.
