Login in to two different accounts

I have two accounts with Articulate. The older one is based in the US data center, and the newer one in the European data center. When I switch between the accounts, I always have difficulties login ...

I understand the frustration around login difficulties, when switching between accounts in different data centers!

When signing into Articulate 360, it's expected behavior for the user to be redirected to the URL that corresponds to the data center where the subscription is stored. For the EU data center, this is https://360.eu.articulate.com, and for the U.S data center, it's https://360.articulate.com.

As a workaround for clearing cookies, you may consider using different browser profiles for each account. This way, you can keep your login sessions separate without needing to continually clear your cache.
