Looking for a template or help

I'm building a project that goes through the security equipment we have in our stores.

I'm after a template or help on how best to display the content.

I was trying to build 1 page with layers and a slider, the slider takes you to the layers and on each layer there will be content for "Till Area" "Store Area" "Back Office".

For the "Till Area" layer there are 7 images of security equipment with a brief description of each. 

I'm struggling to make it look good, i need colleagues to click on each item before moving onto the next and the whole page to be locked down until each piece of security equipment has been viewed.

Any help would be much appreciated.
