Lost modules- can I reverse engineer a zip drive into Rise 360
My Rise 360 subscription was up for renewal, so an admin moved my modules from my subscription to hers. Problem being that she neglected to move 7 really great modules over. Now they are lost in my old subscription. I had converted each module into a zip drive to move into our Learning Management System, Workday. Is there a way to reverse engineer the zip drive into Rise 360?

You can't get an editable Rise course out of the published content. At best, you can pull some of the assets out of the zip.
How long ago did your subscription lapse? Articulate maintains a person's Rise content up to 6 months after their subscription expires. So, if it's not too late, contact Articulate about getting those modules moved to the admin's account.
If an account that is part of a team expires the content should move back to the admin automatically
