Lost my Time Line and Re-docking not working

Hello,

Help! I lost my timeline again. But this time the redocking is not working. I do have dual monitors, but only use Articulate on my main monitor. I disconnected them and restarted my computer, and still, it's not fixed. Any suggestions?
