Lost Rise 360 Course

Please help. I am in the middle of my capstone course and have lost all that I’ve created. My school gave me a license to use under my university email. However, I wanted to create videos using Storyline and the program would not open. I decided to create a free trial under the same email address and was successful in opening Storyline. However, now I am unable to login under the license that the university gave me since it’s the same email address, and my Rise 360 course is no longer showing. Is there a way to get back into the Articulate license from the university?
