Hosting on an S3 site is easy, but doesn't come with any analytics or tracking. That would really be the same as just hosting the completed output on your website as part of a portfolio.
You should consider looking at Reach 360. It's easy to publish Rise courses to and the starter plan is already part of your Articulate 360 subscription (there are additional costs if you use more than the starter plan).
