Make Hint Caption always visible
When I recorded in Try Mode, I selected Show Hint Captions = When Hovered as below

You can also keep the Hint visible this way:
Go to the Hint Caption layer > Right click on the Item and from the menu, select Timing.
A pop up window will appear. There, you can select "Always show on slide"
