Make mandatory to read content in carousels and accordions
That situation is what the CONTINUE Divider block is for. You can set it so the user has to complete the preceding block or blocks.
Personally, I recommend inserting CONTINUE after each required interaction, with the setting at "Complete Block Directly Above." That ensures the user finishes each block as they encounter it. (If there are multiple interactive blocks required before a single CONTINUE button, the button might not be enabled, but the user can't always tell which blocks they need to return to.)
