Opton 1: Get a good photo of the tenets as written on the whiteboard. Insert it into the course at an appropriate location, add the Zoom feature, and reduce the size of the image. Users would have to click the image to enlarge it and read the tenets. It's up to you whether/how to provide a hint that that's what they need to do. :-)
Option 2: Put the tenets in a PDF and attach that file to course Resources. The PDF could even explain where they can find that info in person. Then, the course could point users toward the attachment when they might need it.
