On the Course SETTINGS/NAVIGATION page you can turn this setting ON or off:
Previous & Next Buttons
Include previous and next navigation buttons at the start and end of each lesson.
I'm not aware of a way to have both the previous and next links/buttons appear at the end of the page next to each other.
