Manage Blocks in Bulk

I want to say THANK YOU for finally enabling a way to copy and move multiple blocks at a time in Rise!  The up and down arrow for a singular block was excruciating!!  It's still a bit clunky but so much better now.  I had a huge Policy Walk Through lesson with over 30 policies (each had at least 5 blocks) that I was then asked to reorder. I was about ready to cry or start over lol.  But I played around with the Manage Blocks and realized I could do multiple drag a drop action.  Thank you Articulate!!

  • Hi JenniferSavage-!

Thanks for taking the time to share the kind feedback!

So great to hear that Manage Blocks in Rise 360 has helped speed up your workflow. Can you share more details on the "clunkiness" you've mentioned? Our development team is continuing to refine the feature, and insight into the user experience is always valuable.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

HI! So clunky might be a bit dramatic lol.  It's a little hard to see exactly what/where the blocks are when dragging and dropping them.  I had a HUGE lesson for a project recently so I had multiple blocks I had to duplicate and re-order as I was still creating.  Most of the time, I wouldn't need to reorder/move so many blocks at a time!  But I was hoping to see we can use this feature in Microlearnings, too, not just courses.  At the end of the day, this is awesome compared to click, click, clicking the up and down arrows for each block!!  Thanks so much
