Hi MW! This issue is still in the hands of our QA team and I do not have an update to provide. The thread is linked to the issue so that we can update when applicable.
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I believe I was able to find a different workaround (still some work) but doable. I created a custom state called viewed changed the icon color and set a trigger to change the state to viewed when the user selects. Looks to be working in preview mode.
