    Hi everyone,

    I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 86, we’ve included important fixes and new features.

    One of the new features we’ve included: 

    • Fixed: Markers on a layer didn't open when learners revisited them.

    Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Hello Jennifer and SG,

I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this issue as well. The bug discussed in this thread is still open, but we'll be sure to leave a message here as soon as a fix is released for it. 

SG,

I fixed your project file for you. You had a duplicate marker on Layer 4 that was cover the marker on the base layer that needed to be clicked to make the 'Next' button appear. Deleting this layer corrected the behavior. I've attached your fixed project file.

This is still not working for me - the marker-fixed.story file. When I return to the slide, I can no longer open the marker.
