Markers not showing when clicked to edit
Why does the marker not show the text box for me to edit an existing marker? I thought maybe I need to Bring to Front, but didn't work.

Sometimes they can get corrupt if they have been handled a lot. Do any markers work for you? You may need to reboot if you are not getting any markers to work. If it is just one, you may want to delete and rebuild.

Yes, just one slide of two markers. Others working fine. Will rebuild. Thanks.

I just added a new one to the same slide and it's not opening the box to enter content. Will try other options you mentioned.

I just copy pasted it to another slide. It worked. So it's something on the slide.

Something else I can add: There's markers on the base layers working fine. The ones not working properly are on a layer. When I move the marker off the slide to the side and then double click the content/popup area, I see the text.

I downloaded the file and am not seeing anything abnormal, I am able to edit the markers on the base and the layer with no issues.

Oh. I have to say I'm starting to think it's my computer. I also seem to have issues with the Next button. It was checked and all looked good but when I preview it and place my cursor over it, the hand does not appear unless I move it around. Weird.
Anyway, thanks for checking Ron.

Glad to hear that the issue is now working for you. Since it appeared to be intermittent behavior, we recommend doing the following to reduce the risk of running into it again:
- Work locally when making changes to your project file
- Do a repair of Storyline 360 if the issue happens again
