Markers working nicely in a layer until I change slides and then revisit original slide

In SL360 I have a number of markers on a layer, that all show text when mouse hovers over the marker. This is exactly what I want to do. The Layer takes up the whole slide, so I have a 'Close...

I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 86, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
One of the new features we’ve included:
- Fixed: Markers on a layer didn't open when learners revisited them.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.
