Masking url on a Rise course
We are trying to post a Rise course on an internal site at our company using the Web export option. The only issue is, when we upload our zip file to place on our internal site, the direct link to the course is visible by the user. In theory, the user can then take that direct link and potentially forward it outside of the company.
We are aware that we can export to LMS but that avenue provides a few different steps for the user to access the course, which we're trying to avoid. Are there any options for Rise courses or from Articulate in general to "mask" a url for publishing purposes?

Hi Kim,
Right now, there isn’t a way to do this in Rise.
This thread might spark some ideas.

Hi - Two years later, has there been a fix? Thanks!

Hi Jen,
The solution for this is for your IT Team to ensure that the URL only works within the company.
So if someone external gets the URL it won't work for them.

Hi Karl,
The concern for me isn't the about external access; I'm looking at this from a polished, branding perspective. Any authoring tools I use for other mediums are private; no one knows if I used Captivate, Storyline, etc. I want to mask the rise.com piece for the same reasons.
This has been a feature request for several years, each of us for different reasons. Any progress or updates?

Hi Jen, it looks like you need help with your Rise.com account and not Rise 360? If that is the case, we would love to look into this with you. You can reach us by sending an email to help@rise.com.

I'm also interested in this feature. Is there any update? I am using Rise 360, and like Jen, I would like to do this for branding purposes. It looks more professional. No one needs to know the tool that is used.

Hi Stefani,
Our LMS masks the URL.
Which URL are you using that identifies Rise as the development tool?
