Matching interaction in my Rise 360 module

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with the matching interaction in my Rise 360 module. When I created the matching activity, all answers were aligned correctly on the editing screen. However, when I preview the module, the correct answers are being marked as incorrect, and the incorrect answers are being marked as correct.

I attempted to correct this both in the editing view and on the interaction screen, but the issue persists. Even after making adjustments, the preview continues to show incorrect grading for the matching activity.

I’ve attached a screenshot to show the problem. Is there an issue with the matching interaction, or is there an additional step I may be missing to ensure this functions correctly once the module is published?

    I understand that your matching interaction is not identifying correct matches properly. I've tested this behavior on my end and can view answers as expected, so I'd be happy to learn more about your setup!

    • In your matching interaction, have you made any adjustments to the settings? 
    • Is this happening with any other matching interactions in your course, or just this one? 
    • Do you experience this same behavior if you view your course in an incognito window?
    • Do you experience changes to any other blocks when going from Edit to Preview mode?
