Media Library insert keeps greying out

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone else has come across issues (and a fix) to inserting audio via the media library ?

It saves so much time (in theory!) being able to upload all audio files into the Media Library, then quickly navigate to each slide and simply click "Insert Audio Clip"....however after I've done about 3 or 4 successfully, out of nowhere the insert button will grey out and a won't return! Very occasionally, restarting SL will rectify it - but then after I've inserted another 3 or 4, it will grey out again!

Any solutions? Or is this a well known bug? It's so frustrating!

    After a quick search, I'm not spotting similar discussions in the forum, so my first suggestion would be to run a quick repair of Storyline 360. If that doesn't help, connect with one of our support engineers here so they can lend a hand!

    I'm currently running into this same issue as well! It will work for a little bit, and then out of no where the insert button is gray and it won't allow me to insert a clip.

    I have closed my file and reopened it and SOMETIMES it works, but not always. Wondering if there was ever a solution to this.
