Media Library insert keeps greying out
Hi All,
Wondering if anyone else has come across issues (and a fix) to inserting audio via the media library ?
It saves so much time (in theory!) being able to upload all audio files into the Me...
I'm currently running into this same issue as well! It will work for a little bit, and then out of no where the insert button is gray and it won't allow me to insert a clip.
I have closed my file and reopened it and SOMETIMES it works, but not always. Wondering if there was ever a solution to this.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
It sounds like you're running into intermittent problems when accessing Storyline 360's Media Library. If the files that you are adding aren't saved on a network directory, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the problem.
