Media Library not opening
When I try to open the Media Library from the View menu, or when I right click on the image/video, nothing happens and then I get an error report popup. I have only ONE file that I'm having this iss...

Thank you for responding so quickly! I have already tried your first suggestion to no avail. Even having another designer on my team create a new file and share it! I will try your second suggestion and see how that goes. I'm unsure if I can do the repair as my machine is company managed and I don't have admin access. I will attempt and see how it goes.
