Mental Health Awareness
Hi, has anyone developed a course on mental health without making it too dark or depressing.
I've developed a course on Trauma Informed Care and it was hard not to make it too dark, even though the focus was on the benefits of creating a trauma informed environment. I ended up putting a disclaimer on the front screen saying that some images or topics could be challenging for some people.
