Health & Wellness E-Learning Mini-Courses #492: Challenge | Recap
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about building a strong e-learning portfolio. My go-to response? Participate in the e-learning challenges at least once a month. By the end of the year, you’ll have 12 solid examples to showcase!
However, a few people have asked for something more comprehensive than standalone examples, so this week we’re stepping it up. We’ll create a mini-course on employee health and wellness. You can update past work to fit this new theme.
For example, if you’ve created a slider, dial, or tab interaction before, rework it to match the style of this mini-course. Use these elements as the interactive or content pieces for the course, and keep the visual style consistent.
This way, you’re not just adding standalone examples to your portfolio; you’re building a more cohesive project that shows you can tackle bigger, more comprehensive pieces.
🏆 Challenge of the Week
This week, your challenge is to create and share a 5-slide mini-course on a health and wellness topic you’re passionate about.
Incorporate a mix of informational content and interactive elements to keep learners engaged while using different content and/or block types.
Demo Content Ideas
The default Rise Employee Health and Wellness course is a great resource to kick things off, but feel free to create your own unique take if that’s more your style.
