Menu and Notes not showing in Storyline preview
Hello,
When I click on the menu tab in the player I get a blank zone: the menu is not showing. Are you experiencing this? I have the latest update 23th september 2025. I had the same problem in the previsou version. I can't modify the menu!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Storyline's Player Properties!
That shouldn't be happening. Does this issue occur across all .story files, or is it specific to one course? Also, have you tried clicking the 'Reset from story' option at the bottom of the Menu?
If you've confirmed that you're working locally, and a repair of your Storyline installation doesn't improve the issue, do you mind sharing a copy of the affected .story file so we can take a closer look?
