Sorry to hear you've run into this setback, while compliance testing your Storyline course!
I noticed you've recently reported a similar issue, and were helped by my teammate, Joe. When testing the .story file you shared in this discussion, I had the same experience as he did. When opening this project file, I was also met with an alert indicating the presence of corrupted course elements.
Also, importing the corrupted Slides into a new Storyline course, resulted in blank Slide content.
I see that you previously worked with my other teammate Janina, through a support case. I'd like to reconnect you with our support engineers so they can have a closer look at this issue. I've opened a support case on your behalf, and they should be following up with you shortly!
