Menus and controls won't fully switch off
I'm usually able to fully switch off menus and controls prior to uploading an interactive or animation to Rise 36o. I have a course below which no matter what I do publishes with a play screen. I can't find any contact details for support and it's driving me nuts, because setting are the same as usual but there is an annoying black screen at the start of the published course. Is anyone able to help?

The black screen will be because you have media on the first slide. Modernbrowsers require a user to instigate media, hence the addition of this slide. You can either remove the media or create a slide before with no media and a next button.
Thanks Phil - that was driving me crazy! It must have been because I added the audio file. I added a blank slide to transition straight away so still appear to open on our home slide. Thanks so much for your help.
