That's definitely strange, and not ideal! Let's figure out what's happening here.
I have a few questions for you to start:
- What version of Storyline are you using?
- Where are you hosting your course?
- Can you share the .story project file of one of the affected courses here with me so I can do some testing? You can add it right to a comment as an attachment.
