Missing Text in text boxes
Hi there, John. Mind if I get a little more information to narrow down the culprit?
- Are you missing the text in both Preview and the published output?
- When you save and publish your work, what drive do you normally use?
- Is this text that was ever exported for translation?
If you are able to share your .story file, I'd be happy to test it out on my end, too.
* Are you missing the text in both Preview and the published output?
* To be honest if not sure about the published because I always will go through and re-enter (Big Pain) the text.

* It's my C Drive and only my C Drive My IT group isn't real happy about it but there where the stuff is stored.
* Is this text that was ever exported for translation?
* No the export for translation doesn't inter into it.
* AS I mentioned - It is always on only larger files that I have been working on several days in a row. This last instance working Friday, Monday, Tuesday all was fine then Wednesday afternoon boom I noticed on one slide where I had 6 separate text boxes the middle two were BLANK just the normal text box outline. I will keep your email address and if it happens again (hopefully not) I will send you the file, and a screen capture. Now I have noticed that sometimes the text does re-appear.
