Mobile view of tab interaction not working in Rise

I have created a Rise course with a tab interaction with 4 tabs. When it is viewed on a mobile device - in this case HTC Android - the user is not able to see the 3rd and 4th tab in portr...
I tried your link on my Android phone and I can swipe left/right, but don't see the blue arrow you show in your second screenshot. I'm running Android 6.0.1.
