Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue! In addition to what Eric said, I wanted to share a resource that details some features that will be different after upgrading a Storyline 2 project to Storyline 360. Please note that your course will be upgraded automatically, and a backup copy of the original project file will be created in case you need to go back to it later.
