Module working for some and not for others

Hi, so I created a 360 degree module in the storyline 360. Upon checking in the LMS (only visible to certain people), some are able to experience the module as it is supposed to be. Same fonts, same video settings and every trigger that was set in the storyline. However, for few others, the font is getting changed, the image resolution is changed, the video controls are not being shown, slides aren't loading.

And all of these issues are random. Some of them are only having issues with fonts and videos settings, some are not able to move ahead while having the same fonts.

The scrom settings are: 1.2, resolution 1920 * 1080, file size: 155 mb, LMS: successfactors.

    As Scarletioshub mentioned, we recommend testing your course behavior in SCORM Cloud to see if this is isolated from your LMS. You can test your course in SCORM Cloud. Here's how:
