MP4 Videos Restarting in LMS When Clicking on Seek Bar or Video Controls
I am having an issue in Storyline 360 where whenever I include an MP4 video and publish to our LMS the videos don't seem to function properly. Once in the LMS, if you select anywhere on the seek bar...
We are having exactly the same issue using Moodle. Is there any solution given to this already?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
To troubleshoot the behavior, please test your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to your LMS. If the issue is only happening in Moodle, kindly contact their support team as they'll be better positioned to fix the LMS-specific problems.
If you can replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
