Multi-response question options don't display properly

Hello - I'm using Storyline 360 on Windows 10 Enterprise. In my current course, I created a multi-response question and formatted it the way I want. It works as desired. I then copied the question slide and modified the slide text to create a different question. Everything looks fine in my working view but when I preview the slide in Storyline or Review 360, it displays some of the options from the original slide instead all of the new options. I tried the copy/modify process a few times but always the same result.

    When you copy, paste, or duplicate these interactions, always ensure that all states are updated to reflect the new content. Specifically, make sure that the content in Choice 3 matches across all states. Click Edit states and update all states accordingly.
