There isn't a way right now to change the language of the Player labels after a course has been published, but you can check out some possible workarounds that might help by checking out this article:
You'll want to check out the 'Additional Considerations' section for tips on how to design a course whose labels need to be in a different language.

This should be done for all Articulate messages. For example, when a person submits an unanswered question and the warning message appears, or if we want to give the option to continue or restart the course when reopening the SCORM package.
