Multiple audio clips on one slide
Hello everyone,
I have some great news to share! We just released Update 104 for Storyline 360, which includes new features and important fixes.
One of the fixes addresses an issue where closed captions from multiple audio files could stack on top of each other when using the seekbar. This bug was resolved in a previous update, but had resurfaced, and it’s now fixed again in Update 104.
To install the latest update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click Update next to Storyline 360. You can follow our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need any additional help.
No, I just inserted the additional audio clip at the end of the timeline with its own CC. When I went to Preview it, both the CCs display at the same time as shown in the image. I did not pause, and there are no layers on the slide. Just a single slide with 2 separate audio clips that are staggered on the Timeline. Have never had this happen before.
Hi KimberlyLoco968,
I'm sorry to hear that you encountered this behavior. Closed captions should not stack like that when previewed. We are currently monitoring a bug that causes closed captions to stack on top of each other if the seekbar is used to jump to specific points in the timeline. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can test to confirm if you're being affected by this bug? We'll delete it when we're done!
