Multiple audio clips on one slide
Hello everyone,
I have some great news to share! We just released Update 104 for Storyline 360, which includes new features and important fixes.
One of the fixes addresses an issue where closed captions from multiple audio files could stack on top of each other when using the seekbar. This bug was resolved in a previous update, but had resurfaced, and it’s now fixed again in Update 104.
To install the latest update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click Update next to Storyline 360. You can follow our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need any additional help.
I am experiencing the same problem. I have multiple audio clips on the base layer (no layers), they are separated on the timeline (like the example above). They look fine when previewed but when I publish to 360 the CCs double up when I drag the timeline back.
Hello ElizabethL,
Thanks for reaching out! Is this happening in any other project files, or just this one?
I'm curious if you notice any change if you import your current slides into a brand new .story file.
If you're still having trouble, would you be willing to share a copy of your project here or privately in a support case? We'll be sure to delete your file when we're done!
