Multiple choice where EITHER answer is correct
You could have the attestations in a Storyline block that requires the user to click the appropriate checkbox in order to complete the block.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. This looks similar to what I've ended up doing - I created a one question quiz in storyline, changed the feedback to be "positive", so it doesn't look like one of the answers is incorrect. Then I've used the Storyline block in our Rise course.
I guess my ideal state would be able to do this right in our Rise course by scoring our answer options or something like that, and even better if LMS could track which option people chose!
