TIP: Acknowledgment statements for compliance

Have you ever needed users to complete a course by agreeing to an acknowledgment statement?

Such acknowledgments may be required for compliance purposes.

The attached Storyline file demonstrates two ways to require agreeing to an acknowledgment statement:

  • Using a T/F Graded Question
  • Using custom buttons

Note: Either method could be published to Review 360 and then inserted into Rise as a Storyline block.

  • Thanks for sharing this with the E-Learning Heroes community, Judy! 🌟

Kelly, Can you check on a Support Case #03828501 for me? I uploaded 2 files on 8/25/23 and have heard nothing since then.

We need to track a combination of scored questions and a survey question in one project.

      • Do you work from home?
        • No = 100% and mark completed in the LMS
        • Yes = they must answer a series of compliance questions
          • Yes, compliant on each topic = 100% and mark completed in LMS
          • No, not compliant with any rule/procedure = score under 100% and they have to type into a survey question an explanation. Any scores under 100 in the LMS will produce a management report with the learner's typed explanations. The supervisor must then resolve the issues with the employee.

I'd appreciate is someone actually looks at the support case that was submitted. THANKS!

        Hello Maura!

I'm incredibly sorry for the delay in response to your case. We have a support engineer currently looking into your case and will reply as soon as possible.

        You'll hear from Darrell shortly!
