multiple languages

I would like to know if there is a way to present my course in many languages. I have seen your solutions on creating multiple slides and then having multiple copies of the same video, each...
If you want it to switch once they are watching a video output it might get harder since a video is a bit less interactive as a e-learning module.
If it is within the module I would recommend using a variable and text states to switch between the languages.
