I know this is an old post but if you are outputting your course as video files, then adding them to your own WP site, simply set up a Youtube account and add your video files to it. This will output your videos with all the different languages you require under the CC tab..
Mark, not only would people be able to steal your content if you did this, but you actually give away your IP rights when you upload your content to YouTube.
