Multiple Response Showing Correct Answers as Incorrect

Hi all,  I've created a Multiple Response where all answers are Correct. When I test it, it shows that all answers are supposed to be correct but then says the answer is Incorrect, no matter which...

Hi Jessica,

Delete the question and re-create it.

    Hi Karl, thank you for the suggestion. However, deleting it and recreating it did not work. It is happening for all eight questions I created.

      Hi Jessica,

      Can you post screenshots of:

      • The Multiple Response question in Edit mode.
      • The Multiple Response question in Preview mode, after the question has been correctly answered..
