Multiple timelines on single slide?

There are several ways to accomplish what you're looking for, and I'll leave it to our talented community members to give you suggestions on how to re-structure your file. 

Without changing what you have so far, my recommendation would be to duplicate your slide, but on the second one, remove the timeline triggers and enable the buttons. Once the first slide finishes going through, you can set up a trigger to jump to the second one, where the user will be free to move around the layers. 

You can also add the textbox to the second slide with instructions for the users.
