My scrom file is not launching, getting the below error

I had the same issue.The problem wasn’t with the SCORM files themselves, as they worked fine on a different LMS. In my case, the issue was related to the LMS—specifically SuccessFactors—and how the SCORMs were uploaded. Uploading multiple content packages under a single item caused issues because it was too heavy to launch properly.

I recommend trying a different upload method or checking the size of the SCORM packages. If that’s not the issue, you could also test your SCORM file on a platform like SCORM Cloud to see if the problem persists.

If the course works as expected in SCORM Cloud, the issue is likely related to the LMS itself.
