NaN when NumericEntry set to 0

I created a leader board with simple adjust numeric entry to add 1 if triangle clicked or subtract 1 if triangle clicked. If the default is set to zero I  get the NaN when I click the triangle. Am I...

    Hello Everyone! ✨

    I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (Build 3.75.30269.0).

    In this update, we have implemented a fix for:

    • A numeric-entry field displayed "NaN" when a trigger adjusted its default value.

    As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

Hi there, Dane. So sorry you've come across this!

We have an open issue where the numeric entry will display NaN when trying to adjust the variable without the user typing in a number. I'll add your experience to our report so we can notify you of any changes in this bug’s status!
