Narrator not reading the Content on page even its visible in Focus Order

Hi Friends! I am facing an issue. My page is not reading out by Narrator tool additionally Tab key is not selecting the content on page so it reads out. Even content is listed perfectly in 'Focus Order'. Attached a sample file. Thanks
