Navigation Tabs on Layers

Hello! Trying to make a course accessible I have identified which elements should be "visible" so a  learner can tab to where they want to go. But there are two issues I cannot find solutions for ...

Can you try reattaching those images don, somehow they came across as mailto links.

    Hello Randy,
    This is a bit cumbersome but does show the issue. On the first image, the base layer, the first button is highlighted in yellow as it is the first tab. The second image is that of one of the layers, showing that original tab in yellow outline. Is there a way to turn off tabs on the layers that are needed in the base layer but not needed in the subsequent layers?

      How are you adding the images? sorry, it just keeps showing up as a mailto link. Are you using the Add Attachment button below?
